FIA Denies Allegations of Torture on Azam Swati
ISLAMABAD: On Tuesday, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) rejected allegations of torture on the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Senator Azam Khan Swati.
The investigative agency said in a statement that it was doing an investigation against Swati according to legal requirements and did not torture him.
Agency said it kept the honor and respect of the PTI senator during the whole investigation process, reported a local TV. He also said that his respect and honor as a Senator is being well taken care of, and FIA denies all the allegations of torture on him.
