LAHORE, Pakistan: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Wednesday announced a 15-member squad for the upcoming Women’s T20 International series against Ireland, with fast-bowling all-rounder Fatima Sana to lead the side.
The three-match bilateral series will be held at Clontarf Cricket Club in Dublin from August 6 to 10.
The series forms part of Pakistan’s preparations for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup, providing an opportunity to test bench strength in overseas conditions.
A notable inclusion in the squad is 22-year-old Eyman Fatima, who has earned her maiden senior team call-up following an impressive performance in the National Women’s T20 Tournament held in Karachi earlier this year.
The right-handed batter scored 287 runs in eight matches at a striking rate of 155.14.
Eyman previously represented Pakistan at the ICC Women’s U19 T20 World Cup in 2023 and has shown steady progress since.
