Faisalabad Stands with Kashmiris in Solidarity on Black Day

FAISALABAD: The district of Faisalabad observed Kashmir Black Day on Friday to express unwavering support for the people of the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
As part of the commemoration, the district administration organized a rally that commenced at Zila Council. Participants, holding banners and placards, marched through various roads, eventually reaching Kutchehry Bazaar Chowk.
During the rally, the attendees raised slogans condemning Indian atrocities in Held Kashmir and pledged their continued backing for the cause of Kashmiri independence.
Addressing the gathering, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Abdullah Nayyar Sheikh emphasized that depriving the Kashmiri people of their right to self-determination was a grave violation of human rights. He paid heartfelt tribute to the martyrs of the Kashmir freedom movement and reaffirmed the unwavering support of the Pakistani nation for their Kashmiri brethren in their quest for freedom.

DC Abdullah Nayyar Sheikh underscored that October 27 marked a somber chapter in the history of Indian Held Kashmir when India illegally occupied the region, subjecting innocent Kashmiri people to various forms of cruelty and barbarism.
