ISLAMABAD: The European Union and its member states will organize the popular, family-focused festival, “EuroVillage,” on Saturday at the Jinnah Convention Center Islamabad. This family event will start at 2pm to welcome Pakistani public to taste of European food, music, culture, and sustainable actions.

The EU and member nations are centering this year’s celebration around the theme of co-creating a sustainable future. Titled “Stronger Together – Sustainable Forever,” the mega event aims to showcase the 60+ years of a strong connection between Pakistan and the EU. This celebration underlines the collaborative partnership in economic, development, culture, education, research and political engagement, demonstrating how the Pakistan and EU are stronger together.
EuroVillage is co-organised by the diplomatic missions of the European Union and of Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Finland, Denmark, Germany, France, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Hungary, Spain and Romania.
The event will also feature live performances by European performers and Pakistani artists including Quratulain Balouch and Farhan Saeed.
