BRUSSELS: The Special Envoy of the European Union on Beliefs and Religious Freedom, Frans Van Daele, on Wednesday met with Pakistan Caretaker Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani in Brussels.
During the inclusive meeting, both sides discussed the increasing trends of religious intolerance and the advancement of interfaith harmony.
The EU envoy welcomed the Pakistan foreign minister in Brussels, where he is on an official visit.
Both parties underscored the need to diminish the trends of intolerance and promote respect for each other’s beliefs to foster mutual coexistence.
