Advisor to Prime Minister Amir Engineer Amir Muqam on Monday held a one-on-one meeting with former Prime Minister (Prime Minister) Muhammad Nawaz Sharif in Jeddah to discuss the current political and economic situation in the country with special emphasis on Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province.
Later, Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) chief organizer Maryam Nawaz joined the meeting.
Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, who is also PML-N chief, congratulated Engineer Ameer Muqam for performing Umrah and emphasized the importance of maintaining discipline in the party and appreciated his efforts for the party.
The adviser to the prime minister congratulated Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz on Umrah pilgrimage and praised Nawaz’s leadership for saving the country from terrorism and load shedding, building highways and ensuring economic stability in the country.
He expressed confidence that with the blessings of Allah, Pakistan will be able to overcome the current crisis.
