ABU DHABI: Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has held talks in El-Alamein with President of UAE Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed on ties and means to develop them further, Arab media reported on Saturday.
According to the Emirates News Agency, the two sides discussed current areas of cooperation particularly in the areas of investment and economy to enhance the current progress and prosperity of both nations and their people.

The two leaders focused on means to develop coordination and cooperation in new fields, and regional and global developments.
They also stressed the significance of joint Arab action to ensure stability, security, peace and development in the Arab world, and also affirmed their support in enhancing bilateral cooperation in light of the new and emerging challenges facing the region.

Meanwhile, President El-Sisi also held a meeting with Bahrain’s King Hamad in El-Alamein. The two sides also affirmed the strength of bilateral ties between the two nations. They also exchanged views on means to continue bolstering joint coordination and cooperation in several fields including in economic front for the progress and prosperity of the people of the two nations.
