Egyptian President Reviews Strategies to Boost Education Reforms

CAIRO: Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on Saturday met with Dr. Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, and Lieutenant General Ashraf Salem Zaher, Director of the Egyptian Military Academy.

The meeting focused on improving training and qualifications related to the educational process, with a particular focus on enhancing teachers’ skills and capabilities, recognizing their crucial role in the education system.

President El-Sisi highlighted the government’s commitment to advancing all aspects of the education system, especially by prioritizing the human element.

He emphasized the importance of effective selection and comprehensive training—both technical and personal—to uphold the highest standards of objectivity, neutrality, and competence.

These efforts are aimed at improving the quality of educational services for Egyptian students in schools.
