Delisting Political Parties

It is worth mentioning here that the verdict of the ECP came in a time when PTI has approached to the Supreme Court and has challenged the ECP petition over its intra-party election and the subsequent matter of its iconic symbol bat.

The matter is in the apex court where a three-member bench, led by Chief Justice entertained the petition on Friday and lawyers from both sides had detailed arguments with the bench. Later the hearing postponed till Saturday morning.
