“As we mark the awful one-year anniversary of Israel genocidal war against Palestinians, the humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip continues to worsen,” the envoy said, highlighting that this tragic situation was a direct outcome of over seven decades of unlawful Israeli occupation and disregard for global law, including General Assembly and UNSC resolutions affirming Palestinians’ right to self-determination.
