RIYADH: The Director-General of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Robert Mardini terming the current situation in Gaza is catastrophic has lauded the humanitarian efforts of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) in the area, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Tuesday.
According to the SPA he said that because of the KSrelief, the ICRC is able to carry out its relief work in several sectors, such as hospitals, providing them with medical and surgical supplies.

He expressed the remarks during a meeting with the Advisor at the Royal Court and Supervisor General of KSrelief, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Rabeeah. The meeting was held at the KSrelief’s headquarters in Riyadh.
