NEW YORK: Denzel Washington was spotted filming scenes for Spike Lee’s upcoming film “High and Low” in a stylish manner as he portrayed a character on the streets of New York City.
Photographs captured the acclaimed actor, along with co-star Jeffrey Wright, engaging in a scene involving a car on Friday.
In his role, the 69-year-old exuded a cool demeanor, dressed in a blue three-piece suit paired with sunglasses and sneakers.
The film is a reinterpretation of the Japanese crime thriller of the same name originally directed by Akira Kurosawa in 1963.
Meanwhile, Denzel’s co-star Dakota Fanning expressed her desire to collaborate with the actor again on another project, having previously worked together on multiple occasions.
“Getting to work with him again, almost 20 years later, was so special. I was just thrilled that we got to do that. ‘Man on Fire’ is such a special movie to me,” she shared with Extra TV.
