Ingredients
For the Dough:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp yeast
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup full cream milk
- Water as needed
- Oil for greasing

- 3 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
For Assembling:
- Prepared dough
- All-purpose flour as needed
- Prepared filling
- Sesame seeds
- Egg wash (2 eggs + 4 tbsp milk)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, sugar, oil, full cream milk, and water to form a smooth dough. Grease the dough with oil, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size.
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, and sauté for a few seconds. Add onions and cook until they turn golden.
- Stir in shredded chicken and mix well. Add full cream milk and cook until it begins to boil.
