Ingredients:
For the Dressing:
Mayonnaise, 1 cup
Dairy Cream, 1 ½ cups
Mustard paste, 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper, 1 tsp
For the Boiled Peas:
Water, 1 liter
Peas, 1 cup
Chilled water, as required
For Assembling:
Spiral macaroni (boiled), 2 cups
Carrot cubes (boiled), 1 cup
Onion cubes, 1 cup
Capsicum cubes, 1 cup
Sweet corn, ½ cup
Boiled peas, 1 cup
Boiled potato cubes, 1 cup
Prepared Dressing:
Crushed black pepper, as required
Parsley, as required
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, dairy cream, mustard paste, crushed black pepper, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
Then in a separate pot, bring water to a boil and add the peas. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Transfer the peas to chilled water for 2 seconds, then set aside.
In a large bowl, combine spiral macaroni, carrot cubes, onion cubes, capsicum cubes, sweet corn, boiled peas, boiled potato cubes, and the prepared dressing. Mix well.
Garnish with crushed black pepper and parsley. Serve and enjoy your creamy pasta salad.
