ISLAMABAD: In collaboration with the Rawalpindi Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Islamabad Diagnostic Center organized a breast cancer awareness session with the aim of promoting early breast cancer detection.
During the event, Dr. Ayesha Ashfaq, Consultant Radiologist at IDC, along with Dr. Nimra Arooj, Consultant Breast Surgeon, provided valuable insights on breast cancer to the attendees.
Members of the Rawalpindi Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry also had the opportunity to visit IDC’s Total Lab Automation, a cutting-edge facility offering high-quality and timely diagnostic services.
Additionally, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the two organizations, outlining their commitment to providing modern diagnostic facilities at IDC for the members of the Rawalpindi Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Dr. Rizwan, Founder Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IDC, and Sabu Hai Hussain, Acting President of the Rawalpindi Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry, were signatories to the MoU.
Both institutions expressed their dedication to raising awareness about breast cancer.
