Fog and smog are likely to persist in the plain regions of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and upper Sindh during both morning and night hours.
This morning’s temperature readings for major cities were as follows: Islamabad and Peshawar at five degrees Celsius, Lahore at eleven, Karachi at seventeen, Quetta at two, Gilgit at one, Murree at four, and Muzaffarabad at six degrees Celsius.
