Cold and Dry Weather to Prevail During Next 24 hours

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Meteorological Department has forecast mainly cold and dry weather in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours.

However, foggy conditions will likely develop over a few plain districts of Punjab during morning hours. As per the synoptic situation, continental air prevails over most parts of the country.

Recorded temperatures

According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (Met), a maximum of 11 degrees Celsius (°C) temperature was recorded in Islamabad, 14°C in Lahore, 22°C in Karachi, 7.5°C in Peshawar, 2 °C in Quetta, and 3°C in Gilgit.

Minimum recorded temperatures

Today’s Lowest Minimum Temperatures (°C): Leh -09, Skardu -08, Astore, Kalat -05, Gupis -04, Kalam, Gilgit, Hunza, Ziarat -02, Quetta, Srinagar -01.
