ISLAMABAD: The upper regions of the country anticipate mainly cloudy weather over the next 12 hours.
However, expect rain, wind, thunderstorms, and snowfall in the Potohar region, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Kashmir during the evening and night. Central/southern parts of Punjab and upper Sindh may experience smog and fog in the morning.
Morning temperatures in major cities were recorded as follows: Islamabad, Peshawar, and Muzafarabad at nine degrees Celsius; Lahore at fifteen; Karachi at seventeen; Quetta at six; Gilgit at two; and Murree at eight degrees Celsius.
For Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramulla expect cloudy weather with a chance of rain, wind, and thunderstorms during the evening and night. Leh will experience cloudy and cold conditions, while Jammu will have partly cloudy weather.
