PM Shehbaz felicitated Sahir Shamshad Mirza on the assumption of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee’s responsibilities.
The prime minister praised Sahir Shamshad Mirza’s skills, dedication, and record in the Pakistan Army.

Shehbaz Sharif termed the Pakistan Army as a priceless asset of the country which under the leadership of the two most skillful officers would boost the country’s defense more than ever before.
Professional matters concerning the armed forces of Pakistan were discussed during the meeting between the CJCSC and the prime minister.
