The Chinese military hospital ship, Peace Ark, has docked in Cape Town, South Africa. The floating hospital will take part in a joint exercise for humanitarian services between the two countries. It will also provide independent medical services for seven consecutive days, with a 600 – 700 outpatient capacity. CGTN’s Julie Scheier reports.
