He affirmed China’s willingness to work with the U.S. to implement this vision, emphasizing mutual respect, peaceful coexistence, and win-win cooperation.
Regarding China’s relationship with Russia, Wang stressed the importance of stable development based on principles of non-alignment, non-confrontation, and non-targeting of third parties. He highlighted the positive impact of this relationship on strategic stability in the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.
Wang also emphasized the significant roles played by China and Europe as major forces, markets, and civilizations in the world. He called for closer China-EU relations, emphasizing mutual benefits and the potential to positively influence global affairs.
