LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain met Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf President Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi at Camp Jail Lahore on Sunday, for the second time in a few days, and asked him to rejoin PMLQ.
Chaudhry Wajahat Hussain and Chaudhry Salik Hussain also accompanied Chaudhry Shujaat during the visit, according to media reports.
During the meeting, the Chaudhries of Gujrat discussed the current political situation and future possibilities.
Elahi refuses Chaudhry Sujaat Hussain’s offer
On the occasion, Shujaat has once again requested Elahi to quit PTI and rejoin PMLQ. However, Elahi refused the offer for the time being and said that the decision lied in the hands of his son Chaudhry Moonis Elahi.
