Amidst the heartbreaking scene of homes disappearing into the river’s depths, Tehsildar Muhammad Iqbal Abbassi visited the disaster-stricken zone. His visit held the purpose of assessment of the full extent of the damages.
Once a thriving hub within Mouza Kundrala, Nakli Gopang now wears a deserted visage and complete silence.
Authorities responded quickly to this catastrophe by establishing flood relief camps and providing temporary shelter in tents to people forced to flee.
