ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Senator Raza Rabbani on Monday said that the caretaker government has failed to protect national sovereignty.
The former Senate chairman alleged that the Western nations are continuously interfering in the internal matters of Pakistan. Their intervention has not been limited to the issue of polls only; the envoys in Islamabad also discussed the political and economic situation of the country.
He said that foreign diplomats have now started to visit the offices of different political parties, a local media outlet reported.
Rabbani added that, “We are proud people of a sovereign country; we don’t believe in the white man’s rule.”
Raza Rabbani Demands Senate Session
He demanded to summon the senate session immediately for debate over the attacks on the national sovereignty and other issues of the country.
