CANNES: Cannes Film Festival announces the 19 films in competition for the top prize Palme d’Or, and a selection of other movies premiering out of competition. The festival, which will run from May 16 to 27, will see a number of celebrated filmmakers and stars flock to the Cote d’Azur.
