ISLAMABAD: The classic butter chicken, known for its juicy, spicy, creamy, and mouth-watering flavors, is a standout dish in Punjabi cuisine. Here is a unique twist with Butter Chicken Kulcha recipe.
Ingredients
2 Kulchas
5-6 pieces of chicken
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
1 tomato
1 onion
5-6 garlic cloves
1 tsp ginger
Instructions:
In a pan, roast the onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, and some cashews. Once roasted, blend them to create a sauce.
Pour the sauce into a kadhai with some oil and bring it to a boil.
Add the chicken pieces along with the necessary spices, then set aside.
In another pan, melt some butter.
Place one kulcha in the pan and top it with the chicken mixture.
Cover it with another kulcha, flip it, and cook the other side.
Cut it in half before serving and enjoy.
