KHUSHAB: A ‘bride’ and her accomplice who robbed several people in the name of marriage have been arrested in Khushab.
According to the police, the Anti-Women Harassment and Violence Cell arrested the woman and her accomplice who are residents of Joharabad. The woman is accused of stealing goods worth lacs of rupees after getting married to the victims. The woman has so far married 5 people and cheated more than a dozen of people. A case has been registered against the woman and her partner in crime and both of them have been sent to jail on judicial remand, according to the police sources.
