LOS ANGELES: Hollywood actor Bradley Cooper is reportedly considering taking his relationship with supermodel Gigi Hadid to the next level, with sources suggesting a proposal could be imminent.
According to Page Six, Cooper, 50, is “seriously considering marriage and kids with Gigi,” who turned 30 earlier this year.
An insider close to the couple, cited by Page Six, said, “He might pop the question in the next couple of months,” adding that the two are “incredibly happy and are in their own bubble.”
The pair first sparked romance rumours in October 2023 when they were seen on a dinner date at New York City’s celebrity-favourite restaurant Via Carota.
Since then, they have largely kept their relationship out of the spotlight, although Hadid made it Instagram official in May when she shared a birthday post featuring a photo of her kissing Cooper.
Both Cooper and Hadid are already parents. Cooper shares a seven-year-old daughter, Lea De Seine, with his former partner, Russian model Irina Shayk, while Hadid co-parents her five-year-old daughter, Khai, with British singer and former One Direction member Zayn Malik.
In an interview with Vogue last year, Hadid opened up about her co-parenting relationship with Malik, saying, “Zayn and I do our custody schedules months in advance. That doesn’t mean that it doesn’t change here and there, but we help each other out and have each other’s backs.”
Reports indicate that the couple’s daughters have already been introduced and enjoy spending time together.
A source told People magazine in January that “they are busy with work but also prioritise their relationship and daughters,” describing the family dynamic as “very sweet”.
Sources close to the couple have also told DailyMail.com that the pair are already discussing the possibility of having children together. “They could picture a blended family with their daughters and their own kids,” the insider said.
In March, Hadid told Vogue that dating Cooper had offered her a refreshing sense of normalcy.
“You want to give yourself a normal experience of dating, and even for my friends who aren’t public figures, that’s hard. Where do you go? And what, you just start talking to people? Then there’s an added layer of privacy and security,” she said. “I just feel really lucky. Yeah, lucky’s the word.”
She also praised Cooper’s influence on her personal life, revealing that the Maestro actor had reintroduced her to the theatre.
“I respect him so much as a creative and I feel that he gives so much to me: encouragement and, just, belief.”
Hadid’s admiration for Cooper appears mutual, with sources describing the relationship as strong and family-focused.
“They have a strong bond with their daughters and they are at the forefront of everything they do,” a source told Entertainment Tonight.
Another insider said the couple has already envisioned building a “blended, functional family”.
Neither Hadid nor Cooper has publicly commented on the engagement rumours, and representatives for both declined to respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
