LONDON: Abdullah Kamani, a renowned British businessman and the Co-Founder & Executive Chairman of Boohoo Group, held an important meeting with Pakistan’s Caretaker Prime Minister, Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar, at the Pakistan House in London here on Monday.
During their productive discussion, Kamani expressed a profound interest in forging enduring purchasing connections with Pakistan. He also revealed his ambitious vision of establishing a comprehensive supply chain within the country, spanning from the cultivation of organic cotton to the production of apparel. Furthermore, both sides expressed optimism about the potential improvement of Pakistan-UK air connectivity, a development that could facilitate increased imports from Pakistan.

Pakistan’s Commitment to Facilitate Investments
Prime Minister Kakar, in turn, conveyed Pakistan’s unwavering commitment to facilitating investments and offered full support in the establishment of manufacturing facilities within the nation, particularly within Special Economic Zones (SEZs). He encouraged Boohoo Group to consider establishing buying houses in Pakistan, underlining the manifold advantages of such a move.
The Prime Minister extended a cordial invitation to Boohoo Group to send a buying delegation to Pakistan for the purpose of fostering enhanced collaboration and exploring mutually beneficial opportunities.
