SEOUL: Lalisa Manobal, widely recognized as Lisa from the Korean girl group “Blackpink” is poised to mark her debut on the small screen.

Lisa is slated to join the esteemed HBO series “The White Lotus” for its upcoming third season, as officially confirmed by her agency, “LLOUD.” While the specifics of Lisa’s role in the drama remain undisclosed at this time, her participation signifies an exciting new chapter in her career.

“The White Lotus” is renowned for its depiction of opulence and intrigue, having previously delved into settings in Hawaii, the United States, and Sicily, Italy. The forthcoming third season will unfold against the backdrop of Thailand, with filming primarily taking place in the vibrant Thai locales of Phuket and Bangkok.

Lisa’s foray into acting follows the footsteps of her fellow Blackpink members, Jisoo and Jennie, who have also made significant strides in the entertainment sphere.
