Addressing a special session of the AJK Legislative Assembly on Monday, the foreign minister said India had deprived the people of Kashmir of their basic right of self-determination for decades, and now holding such a meeting in the militarized zone of the globe would not prove the area returning to normalcy adding that by doing so it could usurp the rights of the people in the region.
