ISLAMABAD: Former Prime Minister and the chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Imran Khan, has said on Saturday that Shahbaz Sharif led coalition government is responsible for the allegation of United States President Joe Biden’s allegations on Pakistan’s nuclear program and contentious remarks about the Pakistan as a country. Khan taunted the current administration of Pakistan and said that Biden’s statement is demonstrating the complete failure of imported government’s foreign policy.

The former prime minister referred to the US president’s remarks as an “unwarranted conclusion” about Pakistan’s nuclear program. He questioned how Biden obtained such knowledge about the nation’s capability?  “Having been PM, I know we have one of the most secure nuclear command & control systems.” The former prime minister said on Twitter that this government has broken all records for ineptitude while the Foreign Office considers an official reaction to the remarks made by the US president.

Imran Khan said, that “Unlike the US, which has participated in conflicts all over the world, when has Pakistan displayed aggressiveness, especially post-nuclearization?” Imported government’s claims of restoration of diplomatic ties with the US are baseless.

Has the “reset” occurred?

The PTI chairman expressed his greatest concern that this government will fully jeopardize national security in addition to ruining the country’s economy, obtaining NRO II for themselves, and enabling white-collar criminals to pillage the nation.

Speaking at a reception for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, Joe Biden claimed that Pakistan’s nuclear program lacked “cohesion” and called it “one of the most dangerous countries.” He was discussing the belligerent behavior of Russia and China at the time.
