LAHORE: Led by senator and chairperson of Pakistan-Belgium Parliamentary Friendship Group, Ms Allessia Claes, a six-member Belgium parliamentary delegation on Wednesday visited Badshahi mosque.
Representative of Auqaf and Religious Affairs Department, Aurangzeb, briefed the delegation regarding the architectural features of the historic and iconic building of the Mughal era.
The architectural finesse of Badshahi Mosque
The delegation appreciated the architectural finesse of the sacred building and captured various shorts of the Badshahi mosque in their cameras. They also visited the golden Quran gallery of the Badshahi mosque.
The delegation comprised Ms Allessia Claes, Philippe Courard, Karl Vanlouwe, Georges Dallemagne, Ruben Vanhaverbeke, and Ms Ozlem Ozen.
