BEIJING: Moin ul Haque, Pakistan Ambassador to China, organized a photo exhibition titled “China in Frames: A Photographic Tribute” at Yindi Art Museum to pay tribute to China’s diverse beauty and rich culture.

The series of images chronicles the Ambassador’s three years in China and reveals his strong admiration and appreciation for the nation’s distinctive charm.

Each painting depicts beautiful scenery, famous landmarks, time-honored customs, and the vibrant spirit that permeates every part of China. The display also honors Pakistan and China’s shared history and enduring friendship while capturing the Ambassador’s deep connection with that country.

Ambassador Haque, who has visited various Chinese provinces, cities, tourist destinations, and cultural sites, spoke at the opening ceremony. He said the exhibition demonstrated his profound love for China and showcased the beauty and diversity of Chinese landscapes. Each image, he continued, “is a brushstroke portraying a country that has captured my heart and soul.”

He emphasized that these images are more than just regular photos; they are a testament to his love for China, its people, and the alluring landscapes, rich culture, and advancements the nation has achieved. He continued, “These images don’t just capture moments; they capture the essence of a land that graciously unveiled its wonders to me.”

Ambassador Haque noted that his photos will be reminders of his time in China and said, “China has been my home away from home with its rich history, landscapes, traditions, and people.” He claimed that a revelation had been revealed during his time in China with each movement, conversation, and passing second.

According to him, the connection between Pakistan and China is all-weather and time-tested and will continue to expand. He described the exhibition as an homage from an iron buddy to a best friend. The growth of China and its economic prosperity, which he views as a contemporary marvel, have deeply impressed Ambassador Haque.

He also stated that he intended to travel to Pakistan with his photo show so that Pakistanis may learn more about China and their shared affinity. Sha Zhukang, president of the China-Pakistan Friendship Association, praised Ambassador Haque’s photographic work in his speech and noted that each image tells a tale of China’s stunning landscapes, famous landmarks, long-standing traditions, and energetic energy.

Other speakers lauded Ambassador Haque for organizing the show and stated that these memorable photos are gifts for both countries and will deepen intercultural ties. The six topics that make up the show are Chinese people, nature, street life, Chinese monuments, Chinese culture, and China at night. —APP
