Bahria University College of Medicine Inaugurated in Islamabad: ISPR

ISLAMABAD: Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf has inaugurated the Bahria University College of Medicine in Islamabad, a military statement said on Thursday.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Naval Chief on the occasion said Bahria University College of Medicine will be an ideal institution for imparting high-quality medical education.

The Naval Chief commended the services and achievements of Bahria University in providing quality education in various fields.

The ISPR said Rector Bahria University Vice Admiral (Retd) Asif Khaliq in his remarks thanked the Naval Chief for the assistance provided by the Pakistan Navy in the construction of the campus.

The Naval Chief also visited various facilities on the campus and appreciated the state-of-the-art infrastructure.

The ISPR in the statement said senior officials of the Ministry of Health, Pakistan Medical and Dental Council, HEC, ex-rectors of Bahria University, civil and military officials, faculty members and students attended the inauguration ceremony.
