 ISLAMABAD: In a momentous showcase of talent, passion, and unity, the Australian Football League (AFL) Pakistan hosted the Interclub Women’s Championship 2025, to empower women footballers and elevate the sport in Pakistan.

Backed by the Australian Government through its Direct Aid Program (DAP), the championship marked a significant milestone in the advancement of women’s Australian football in the country.

As five of the nation’s leading women’s Australian football clubs competed for the title, the event was a powerful testament to the rapid rise of the sport and the growing empowerment of women in an arena traditionally dominated by men.
