PESHAWAR: Special Tourist’ Facilitation Centres have been set up in Malakand, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan to provide all sorts of facilities to tourists during Eid-ul-Fitr in the province. The centers were set up by Malakand police to provide assistance to tourists on the occasion of Eid.
Tourists Destinations in Northwest Pakistan
A spokesperson of the police told the WEnews that special arrangements have been made to ensure smooth flow of traffic towards tourist spots. It added that they will also provide all sort of helpful information to tourists regarding the tourist destinations to make their journey safe and sound. The spokesperson added that the aim of the arrangements is to create awareness about the natural beauty of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to promote tourist destinations in the province.
It added that the vacations of all police officials have been cancelled and deployed on all roads and highways across the area on the occasion of Chand Raat and Eid to facilitate the tourists and visitors and provide them all sort of assistance to them.
Meanwhile, the Regional Police Officer Malakand Nasir Mahmood Satti has also issued directives to al Police officers of the division to educate the citizens against aerial firing through religious scholars of the respective areas. He said that aerial firing is a very bad act and must be avoided.
He added that besides deploying policemen on all key highways and markets, patrolling has also been boosted and additional traffic officials have been deployed to maintain the smooth flow of traffic in the areas.
