Apple Identifies Problems in iPhone 15
After complaints and reports that the new iPhone 15 is getting very warm, the firm said that the phone may feel warmer in the initial days “after restoring it due to increased background activity. “Another problem involves some recent updates to third-party applications that are also causing them to overload the phone system,” Apple said, saying that it is working with teams to address the issue.

The third-party applications causing the problem include game Asphalt 9 and Uber, Apple said. Instagram had already fixed the problem with its application on September 27.
Apple also said the problem is not a safety risk, and will not impact iPhone 15’s long-term performance.
