APHC-AJK Leaders Extend Gratitude to Pakistan for Continued Support to Kashmir Cause

ISLAMABAD: Leaders of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) Azad Jammu and Kashmir chapter expressed their gratitude to Pakistan for its unwavering commitment to the right to self-determination for the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu & Kashmir (IIOJ&K).

In a statement issued in Islamabad, APHC-AJK Convener Mahmood Ahmed Saghar, Secretary General Sheikh Abdul Mateen, and Information Secretary Imtiaz Wani acknowledged Pakistan’s steadfast political, diplomatic, and moral support for the aspirations of Kashmiris.

Despite ongoing tensions and challenges, Pakistan has consistently upheld its commitment to the political rights of the people of Jammu and Kashmir, aligning its stance with relevant United Nations agreements. The leaders emphasized that Pakistan has actively engaged on political, diplomatic, and ethical fronts to work towards a resolution of the Kashmir issue.

The Press release extended thanks to the people of Pakistan for their continuous solidarity, praising the unity demonstrated by the Pakistani people, government, opposition, and various political and social organizations in standing with their Kashmiri brethren.

The APHC-AJK leaders called for an intensified commitment to advocacy and support for the Kashmir cause on all international forums and platforms in the future. This acknowledgment reflects the strong bond between Pakistan and the Kashmiri leadership in their shared pursuit of justice and the right to self-determination.
