RAWALPINDI: Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) conducted six operations nationwide, resulting in the seizure of 253 kg of drugs and the arrest of seven individuals, as per an ANF Headquarters spokesperson.
Among the recoveries were 68 kg of opium and 72 kg of hashish from two suspects near Ring Road Peshawar, 80 kg of Ice from Nokundi Road Chagai, and 9 kg of hashish from two suspects near Hayatabad Toll Plaza Peshawar. Additionally, raids in Labour Colony Peshawar and G.T Road Peshawar led to the recovery of 9 kg and 8 kg of hashish, respectively, with one individual arrested during the latter operation.
Six kg of hashish was seized from Zakhakhel Khyber. The arrested individuals have been charged under the Anti-Narcotics Act, and investigations are ongoing. —APP
