RAWALPINDI: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF), during seven different operations, arrested three drug peddlers and recovered over 646 kg of drugs from their possession, said an ANF spokesperson here on Wednesday.
The department recovered three hashish-filled capsules from the possession of a Dubai-bound passenger, who was a resident of Bannu, arrested at Bacha Khan International Airport Peshawar.
In three different operations, 2.15 kg hashish was recovered from the possession of three peddlers arrested in Haripur. The accused were allegedly involved in supplying drugs to the students of different educational institutions.
Meanwhile, 26.6 kg hashish, concealed in plastic bags, was recovered in an operation near Zero Line at Torkham Border.
ANF, FC conduct joint raids in Khyber, Noshki
ANF and FC, in a joint operation in Khyber, seized 22 kg of hashish.
The two departments recovered 596 kg of hashish in another joint operation in the Noshki Balochistan area.
Separate cases have been filed against the accused while further investigation is underway.
