Ingredients:

  • 2 cups figs
  • 10-12 almonds
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups milk
  • Honey or sugar (to taste)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cut the figs into small pieces, measuring out two cups.
  2. Chop the banana into small chunks.
  3. In a blender, combine the figs, banana, almonds (you can use soaked almonds), milk, and honey or sugar.
