Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwar-ul-Haq announced during a late Wednesday press conference in the state’s capital.

The endowment fund’s purpose is to provide interest-free loans to skilled youth in Azad Kashmir, with the ultimate goal of eradicating joblessness in the region, the Prime Minister explained.
