AJK Government Forms Reconciliation Committee

MIRUR:  The Azad Jammu and Kashmir government has constituted a 16-member Cabinet Reconciliation Committee headed by Minister Faisal Mumtaz Rathore to get rid of the ongoing crises due to high local power tariff and price hike, apart from non-availability of flour at subsidized rates and other similar issues.

“In larger public interest, the AJK government is pleased to constitute a Conciliation Committee consisting of the following members,” an official order issued by the AJK PM’s office said late on Thursday.

Citing an official order issued by the AJK PM’s office in the state capital late on Thursday, top official sources of APP led by Minister Faisal Mumtaz Rathore belonging to PPP AJK in this coalition government said here on Friday. the committee consists of ministers including Sardar Mir Akbar Khan, Mian Abdul Waheed, Dewan Ali Khan Chughtai, Javed Ayub, Abdul Majid Khan, Javeid Iqbal Budhanvi, Sardar Amir Altaf, Zsffar Iqbal Mallick. Azhar Sadiq, Nisar Ansar, Sardar Faheem Akhter Rabbani, Yasir Sultan, Peer Muhammad Mazher Saeed Shah, Ch. Amir Yaseen and Zia ul Qamar.
