ISLAMABAD: Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has announced an extension of the enrolment deadline for the Spring Semester 2024. Continuing students of various programs, including Associate degree in Arts (BA General), Associate degree in Commerce (B.Com), Associate degree in Education, BS (ODL) programs, B.Ed programs, BBA, and postgraduate diplomas programs, now have until May 30, 2024, to complete their enrolment process.
According to a press release issued by the university on Thursday, the decision to extend the deadline came in response to numerous requests from students who faced difficulties in paying their admission fees within the original timeframe. Recognizing the challenges students may encounter, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Nasir Mahmood approved the extension, reaffirming AIOU’s commitment to supporting its student body.
The extension aims to accommodate students who require additional time to arrange their fees and complete the enrolment procedure.
