ISLAMABAD: Ahsan Iqbal, Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives, on Friday called upon all the politicians, irrespective of party affiliation, to join hands and work as a team to bring Pakistan out of the current crises.
Addressing the launching ceremony of the British Council’s report, he said that Pakistan is facing the worst financial crisis; therefore it is not the time to fight with each other but to work jointly to take the country to the list of the world’s strong economies.

Ahsan Iqbal urged all stakeholders, including the judiciary, establishment, and politicians, to come together and ensure sustainable and durable socio-economic development in the country.
Iqbal said that Pakistan has a huge proportion of young people who must be given the best environment to ensure a secure, strong, and stable Pakistan in the coming decade.
