KARACHI: New Zealand were 246/3 on the first day of the second Test match in Karachi on Monday after the tea break.

Earlier, openers Devon Conway and Tom Latham smashed half centuries, guiding New Zealand to 119 without losing any wicket at the lunch on the first day of second match against Pakistan.

Test match selection

Considering a pre-match assessment of a pitch, Pakistan strengthened their pace attack by bringing in Hasan Ali and Naseem Shah and Hasan, dropping spinner Nauman Ali and fast-bowler Mohammad Wasim. New Zealand brought is pacer Matt Henry for Neil Wagner is their only change.
