Ingredients for Keema Filling;

Oil 2 tbsp, Chicken mince 500 g, chili sauce 2 tbsp, cumin powder 1 tsp, red chili powder 1 tbsp, garlic powder 1 tsp, paprika powder 1 tsp, coriander powder 1 tsp, salt 1 tsp, red chili flakes 1 tbsp, mayonnaise 1 cup, and cheddar cheese (grated) 1 cup

Ingredients for Keema Stuffed Chili Bites;

Jalapeno peppers, keema filling, beaten eggs, bread crumbs, oil (for frying)

Directions;

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chicken mince. Cook until chicken changes color. Now add cumin powder, red chili powder, chili sauce, garlic powder, salt, red chili flakes, paprika powder, coriander powder, and cook until chicken mince is fully done
  2. Let it cool and shift it to a bowl. Add cheese and mayo, mix it well, and set aside.
  3. Begin by slicing the jalapeno peppers vertically from one side and thoroughly deseed them. Proceed by filling them with the keema mixture.
  4. Carefully coat each stuffed pepper with flour, followed by a dip in beaten eggs and a coating of breadcrumbs. Repeat the process by dipping them once more in beaten eggs and coating them again in breadcrumbs.
