RAWALPINDI: Pakistan’s military officials said on Saturday that three terrorists have been killed during an Intelligence Based Operation in general area of Tank.
ISPR said that the security forces conducted the operation in general area Tank, on reported presence of terrorists.

During conduct of the operation, intense fire exchange took place between the country’s security forces and terrorists, resulting in killing of 3 terrorists, ISPR said. The killed terrorists have remained actively involved in many terrorist activities against security forces as well as innocent citizens, ISPR maintained.
According to ISPR, during fierce fire exchange Naik Muhammad Atiq resident of district Chakwal and Naik Rajab Ali resident of district Attock having fought gallantly and embraced Shahadat.
Sanitization of the area is being carried out in order to eliminate any terrorists found in the area, ISPR added.
ISPR further said that security forces of Pakistan are determined to eradicate the menace of terrorism and such sacrifices of the brave troops and soldiers further strengthen our resolve.
