JEDDAH: The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) said on Wednesday that they strongly condemned the extremist settlers’ attacking of the courtyards of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque under the shield of the Israeli occupation troops, and the continuation of their assaults on Palestinians.
In a statement, the general secretariat of the OIC said that this escalation is an attack on the sanctity of the freedom of worship and holy religious sites. The OIC termed it as a deliberate violation of the Geneva Conventions, international law, and relevant resolutions of United Nations (UN).
